Listening on loop: Loma

Loma is what happens when three friends —and great musicians— secretly form a band and start recording music just for fun and experimentation, until they realise they’ve made an entire album.

Their eerie sound reminds me of Portishead, but with a softer voice and a deeper darkness that transports you to their homeland: rural Texas.

I recently discovered them, and I can’t stop listening Black Willow.
